The Cascade Stereoscopic Club is made up of people who are enthusiastic about one or more aspects of stereoscopic 3D photography or video. The club was formed in February of 1994 and has met monthly since then in locations that have changed over the years in the Portland area. Locations have included OMSI, the offices of XYZYX, and a couple places in Beaverton. The club now meets at the 3D Center for Art and Photography about halfway between the Nob Hill and Pearl Districts in Portland. The 3D Center was given birth by the Cascade Stereoscopic Club (CSC) but has over the years taken on a life of its own.
